Episode 33 - How to get your Chinese visa.

So Jessica and I are in the middle of planning a trip to China in May and we needed to get our visas but after finding out the closest consulate was in San Fran we decided to use a 3rd party. After a Google search we found a company with an office in Seattle, We made a day trip out of going and having them do our visas for us. In this episode you will find out how we did our visas for china as well as a trick to get around needing confirmation of where you’re staying. I hope you enjoy the podcast.

Episode 28 - Listener Questions Vol. 1

On this weeks episode I polled some Listener questions off of my personal and the Podcast Social Media Pages. Episode 25 - What do you pack?

So first I would like to start off by saying this podcast is what I do sometimes and it’s not something you have to live by. Below you will find a list of the things I talk about that I carry with me. It will be broken up in sections much like in the podcast.

This is my home - The North Face Base Camp Duffle Size Small, Plain Black T-Shirts , Quick Dry Underwear, Socks - I usually try and wear socks with some flare. , Pants - I tend to lean towards plain old fashion levi’s. I rock those cargo shorts like a nerd. Also Swimmers , A Nice Fancy Shirt Some Thermal Undies, Anyone? and they all get stuffed in a Space Saver bag. It gets sweaty when you travel take a bandana or 2. It also get’s cold don’t forget to take a Hat. I keep all of my small things in these Eagle creek bags

Like is mentioned in the podcast toiletries are very personal but a few things you should consider taking is Earplugs and Drowny wrinkle Spray

So as I mentioned I make a emergency travel kit with a Rubbermade cupcake container, Rain Pancho, Emergency Blanket, Needle and thread, Lighters, Bandaids, Medical tape.

My Day Pack is Light weights and packable.

I keep my camera gear in another one of those Eagle Creek Bags. Inside the bag you will find 2 Leica Q Camera Batteries, 1 Leica Battery Charger, 4 (Depending on if i’ve got my computer) 64gb SD cards, A Battery Backup, Headphones (In a pelican 1010), 2 iPhone Chargers, 2 Lighting to 1/8” adaptors.

Sometimes I also carry My Computer and an external Harddrive.
